Tandoori Tacos

Marinated beef or chicken
1 package of our fajita mix of onions and peppers (or slice one of each of your own)
Olive oil
Stonefire Tandoori Naan Bread (1 piece per person)
Guacamole/Shredded cheddar/ chopped cucumbers,/chopped tomatoes

Put the veggies on a bed of foil and toss with a little olive oil. Grill over medium heat at the same time as the meat. Remove when done and let the meat rest. Slice thinly.
Brush Naan bread with olive oil on one side and grill one minute to warm. Top with sliced meat and veggies. Garnish with guac, cheese or your favorite toppings. Roll up and eat like a burrito!
