Fishing boats can be out to sea for ten days. Clearly, the fish caught on the last day of that trip will be fresher than the first ones caught a week earlier.

We buy the freshest seafood from the best purveyors. We know what to look for, and how to store and display our seafood to maximize its freshness (that’s why we display our fish in bins sunken in ice).

So you don't really need to know when fish came into the store, you can have confidence just knowing it came from our store! Enjoy!
